Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below for all the details on how returns and refunds are handled.
Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- It must be in the original packaging, including tags and labels
- The item must be free of damage, stains, or odors
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Important: You must contact us before sending any items back. Returns without prior approval may not be processed.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email our customer service team at [YourEmail@yourstore.com] with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if the item is faulty or incorrect)
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Please keep a copy of your return shipping receipt and tracking number until your return is processed.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where we have made an error or the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear, swimwear, and other intimate apparel
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Use the Return Requst Form or email hello@spikeclothing.com and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item
We will offer either a full refund or a free replacement. In most cases, you will not need to return the faulty item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds will be for the cost of the item(s) only.
